For the past 20 years, he worked in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently as the Associate Director of Operations for a company in the Fall River area, where he oversaw repairs and maintenance on complex packaging and filing equipment. Rich's hands-on experience in operations makes him a perfect fit for wearing the many hats of a small business owner.
