About making the switch to exercise equipment service, Chapman says, "I've always enjoyed being able to troubleshoot and resolve a point of frustration for people. In my new venture, I've simply swapped out computers for fitness machines."
Born and raised in Hawaii, Chapman moved to California in 1987, where he studied electrical engineering at the University of California San Diego. "Our state is known for being very active and fitness-minded and while the weather is generally favorable, many people prefer to work out at home and at gyms, " said Chapman.
