Fitness Boot Camp Opening in Newton Surrey
Newton Surrey, BC (PRWEB) January 11, 2016 -- The Grand Opening event for Newton Surrey Fit Body Boot Camp will take place on January 25th, 2016 at 12088 75a Ave #1, Surrey, BC V3W 1Y4. The event is considered a “soft opening” by Manvir Purewal, the owner, and is an opportunity for old and new clients to see what the boot camps entail.

Manvir has had physical complications in the past and hopes to help others avoid the same issues he’s gone through:
“I suffered personal injury early on in my part time job as a heavy labourer,” Purewal explains. “This got me interested in health and wellness. In particular I took an interest in rehabilitation and continuing heavy lifting/powerlifting. I feel that both injury and heavy lifting took a toll on me because I didn’t have the guidance at that time to know and understand what to do. I now know that we have to treat our bodies with respect and train them as hard as possible to get results.”
Purewal comes with an established background in health and wellness in the British Columbia area with his Pure Life Health Centre. The centre provides physiotherapy, assistance for knee, back and neck problems and counseling. Manvir felt that his team was in need of more results-driven exercise options to offer to the community, so decided to integrate Fit Body Boot Camp into his facility. He hopes the new program will allow members to maintain their fitness levels and lose weight easily.
At the event Newton Surrey Fit Body Boot Camp will be offering complimentary boot camp sessions along with consultations for new and old members of the health centre. Manvir and his team would like to help people achieve their health goals through their boot camps and other services.
The Newton Surrey Fit Body team also looks to support Variety – The Children’s Charity and BC Children’s Hospital through joint ventures with other local businesses later in the year. Manvir wants to focus on charities that help the most people with donations given and looks forward to working together with community members going forward.
