The Stainless Carbon Daily Pan is designed to address those tradeoffs with a coating-free construction that arrives pre-seasoned and ready to cook, while supporting high-heat cooking and acidic ingredients.

- No Synthetic Coating - The pan contains no PFAS, PTFE, or PFOA synthetic coating. Its cooking surface has also been independently tested by SGS for 725 compounds.
- EasyStart Seasoning - The pan arrives pre-seasoned and ready to cook, providing natural food release from the first use without the seasoning routine associated with traditional carbon steel.
- TitaN All-Guard Technology - The surface treatment combines Ionic Titanium with a 12-hour deep nitriding process at 1,040°F to strengthen the cooking surface and improve resistance to acid and rust.
- Nelumbo Matrix Texture - Inspired by the microstructure of a lotus leaf, the textured surface creates small air pockets between food and the pan to support natural food release.
