Kevin Sparkman earned his Juris Doctorate degree from The University of Florida in 2003. Following his graduation, Kevin served as an Assistant State Attorney in Tampa, Florida, where he handled hundreds of cases and conducted over 25 jury trials. Kevin is also licensed to practice in the United States Federal District Court in the Middle District of Florida. After two years at the State Attorney's Office, Kevin transitioned to a plaintiff's personal injury firm in Bradenton, Florida, and later returned to Tampa, where he has been practicing personal injury law for over 15 years. Kevin is a professional member of the Florida Bar as well as a member of the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers, The Florida Justice Association, and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
