WILMINGTON, Del., Dec. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- FloristWare is pleased to announce that it will sponsor the Sales/Service session from FloralStrategies at each of the four SAF 1-Day Profit Blast events in 2019.
The session, called "Extraordinary Service in Your Shop Every Day" will be presented by Sam Bowles of FloralStrategies. Sam, a manager at one of the country's top flower shops, will discuss tools, ideas and concepts that will improve your staff's expertise and readiness to help customers select the perfect arrangement for any occasion and introduce more high-end designs. Attendees will learn effective language to handle complaints, and follow-up techniques to ensure customer satisfaction and a good review online.
