Clark brings more than 25 years of experience working with growth-oriented software and SaaS companies, including both larger, publicly-traded and smaller, private equity-backed organizations. Most recently he held CFO positions with San Diego-based Certona and Mitek Systems. In his new role with FMG Suite, he will be focused on driving operational efficiencies across the business as it expands its market share and customer base.
