Fonality, the innovative provider of business phone systems and integrated communications solutions designed to reduce the friction that slows business momentum, today announced a trade-in program for businesses stuck using traditional phone systems and PBXs from several popular manufacturers, including Nortel, Mitel, Cisco and Avaya.    

Fonality’s trade-in program is available starting immediately in all markets. To take advantage, interested businesses can contact Fonality at (877) FONALITY and request the trade-in program. Company experts will configure an upgraded Fonality solution, and send the customer the quote and a shipping label to send the old system to Fonality at no cost to the customer. Upon receipt of the old system, Fonality will apply a ten percent discount toward the purchase of a new on-premise system or the monthly subscription fee for a cloud-based solution.

The company has an additional surprise in store for the old equipment, but declined to elaborate. Chief Marketing Officer Jeff Valentine simply commented, "You'll have to wait and see."

Valentine continued, “Legacy PBX solutions like the ones we are offering to replace put the onus on the business to manage and maintain them. Whether your solution is in the closet or on the cloud, Fonality takes responsibility for your phone system so you can focus on your business.”
