“Forcura was honored to play a role in bringing this world-class lineup together to start the dialogue on how we can move the needle on continuity of care,” said Forcura Founder and CEO Craig Mandeville. “The Summit covered a range of significant subjects such as equity in healthcare, technology enabling new paradigms of care delivery, standardizing how patient data is transmitted and investing in interoperable systems. The work has already begun to make sure the information captured during this event is shared widely.”
Forcura seeks to advance the care continuum beyond the Summit through a series of thought-leadership webinars and other discussion opportunities. The company will also infuse its product strategy with more interoperable solutions moving forward. To ensure the post-acute industry remains informed of critical developments in continuity of care, Forcura plans to host the CONNECT Summit annually and will announce the 2021 date later this year.
