With a wealth of experience in athletics, including stints as an collegiate basketball coach at Concordia University in Nebraska and Morningside University in Iowa, as well as serving as a high school athletic director for four years, Elias understands the profound impact that sports can have on young lives.

I wouldn't have pursued my master's degree if it weren't for sports. Now, I'm excited to give back and provide the same enriching experience to the kids in Hollister."
