He was one of the authors of the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act and was a leader on various issues including environmental protection, cryptocurrency, health care, real estate and more. Kaminsky also served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York for six years, and an Assistant District Attorney for Queens County for four years.
