Hebb will identify, monitor and manage strategic, financial, compliance and operational risks across the organization. Additionally, she will ensure the company's underlying technology maintains its safety, security and compliance as BillGO continues to grow and launch new products that advance payment systems.

Hebb joins the BillGO team following a successful career with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), where she was a commissioned national bank examiner and director with responsibilities that included the development and implementation of supervision policy, training and outreach. She also drove the use of technology solutions that ensure risk is effectively identified and managed, while compliance is integrated and seamless. Hebb has a BA from Hiram College, as well as a master's in public administration from the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University.
