Boutique real estate firm acquires second mobile home park in metro Atlanta: the 78-lot Dogwood Blossom Mobile Home Park, located 15 miles west of downtown Atlanta in Douglasville, Georgia
ROSWELL, Ga., Sept. 21, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Forrest Street Partners purchased its second mobile home park in metro Atlanta, acquiring the 78-lot Dogwood Blossom Mobile Home Park. Dogwood Blossom is located 15 miles west of downtown Atlanta in Douglasville, Georgia.
Forrest Street Partners, the boutique real estate firm, plans to invest in the park by infilling 50 vacant lots with new 3-bedroom and 1-bedroom homes.
"Dogwood Blossom has served Douglasville residents for several decades, and we're excited to bring new life into this park," said Forrest Street Partner Brandon Crim.
Forrest Street already has implemented new management practices at the park, streamlining rent collection and reaffirming park rules and regulations. In addition to bringing in the new homes, plans for the park also include upgrades to the infrastructure, connectivity to public water, asphalt overlay to the existing internal road system, new park signage, and updating the parks landscaping and amenities.
Douglasville is an attractive market with a strong work force and located near many metro Atlanta employment centers. Dogwood Blossom's goal is to provide affordable housing in a safe and peaceful environment that all residents can be proud to call home.
