Now, the dynamic real-estate duo has moved to their new Fort Mill office located at 870 Gold Hill Road, Suite 105.
“The move to the new office was due, in part, to the tremendous growth in our area (Fort Mill, Tega Cay and Indian Land),” said Kelly. “Additionally, our new office is in a better location that provides great visibility and convenience to our clients. We will now also be able to have onsite training with Allen Tate’s training staff, allowing us to better serve our clients with the latest technology tools. Our clients can view properties on one of three large flat screens in a comfortable environment.”
In addition to the new digs, slated for a grand opening in June, both Tracey and Kelly recently received the 2014 President’s Club Award for their level of achievement in sales. The prolific real-estate professionals are also past recipients of the Master’s Circle and quarterly VIP awards.
