Foundamental Announces Acquisition of Portfolio Company Trelar by HaulHub
HaulHub Technologies, the industry leading provider of integrated digital supply chain solutions to the heavy construction industry, has acquired Austin, Texas-based Trelar, Inc. to expand their industry leading position.
BOSTON, March 12, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- HaulHub Technologies, the industry leading provider of integrated digital supply chain solutions to the heavy construction industry, announced today that it has acquired Austin, Texas-based Trelar, Inc. for an undisclosed amount. Trelar, an advanced logistics and material ordering platform and SaaS workflow solution for the construction logistics industry, had raised two rounds of capital prior to the acquisition from multiple investors, led by San Francisco and Singapore-based construction tech investor Foundamental.
This acquisition further solidifies HaulHub's leadership position in the heavy construction space.
