Foundation Capital’s Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) program allows successful entrepreneurs from different backgrounds to hone their ideas and expertise in partnership with seasoned venture capital partners. About RJ
RJ Jain is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor. He is the co-founder of Appurify, which pioneered on-device debugging, Continuous Integration testing and performance optimization for mobile applications, and was acquired by Google in 2014. He previously served as the director of engineering at Sidecar Technologies - a popular ride-sharing startup - and was a principal software engineer at Zynga, where he helped develop the popular game, Farmville, and led the Tools division.
RJ is an active angel investor who has invested in a number of big-data, analytics and, consumer companies, which have subsequently successfully raised subsequent rounds of financing from top tier investors. He was recently recognized as a Young Entrepreneurial Leader for his contributions in the venture ecosystem at the Montgomery Summit in Los Angeles. RJ holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of MIchigan, where he was nominated for the Distinguished Leadership Award for creating a search engine app, Gobluelink.
