Executives and decision makers at large customers where I presented Pooki’s Mahi luxury Kona coffee pods or Matcha Matcha Man® tea capsules were not technologists. Decisions to carry or not carry Pooki’s Mahi Kona coffee pods were made on opinions on packaging design, margins, and the amount of work needed to keep me from accessing big data sets. For Pooki’s Mahi Matcha Matcha Man® tea capsules, the decision was based on how much margins I was willing to lose,” the Silicon Valley executive continues.
