Pooki’s Mahi Founder/CEO Leslie Magsalay-Zeller explains, “I converted a 2018 supply chain FUBAR into an opportunity to reset Pooki’s Mahi operations with a Just In Time (JIT) supply chain model using existing processes, systems, and protected intellectual property (IP) I developed. Third, I improved Pooki’s Mahi fulfillment processes to pick, pack, and ship orders by making existing templates better and easier to audit and analyze.”
