- Eric Sanchez returns his full-time focus to the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin as the Vice President of Strategy and Innovation, holding the same title for the consulting arm of the firm, Upcycle Legal. With nearly two decades of service, he is the firm's longest-tenured employee and the founder of legal technology company GrowPath, with which he still serves in an advisory capacity. As chief architect for the firm's core systems, Eric was the logical choice to fill the new position, returning to a more active role in the firm after launching GrowPath in 2017. He has a unique ability to systematize legal processes and recognize opportunities for efficiency, and an unquenchable desire to innovate.
- Stacie Monahan has been promoted to Vice President of Operations, expanding her former role as Director of Operations. She has a keen sense for quality and efficiency, and immense talent for identifying problems, devising solutions, and implementing systems to keep every facet of the firm operating at its peak. Stacie's presence has been felt throughout the firm, from when she started as a negotiator, to managing the intake department, and now heading up operations.
- Mark Straniero ascends to Vice President of Administration, and continues to lead on the fiscal side of the firm while also overseeing Human Resources and Firm Operations. He brings that operational perspective to accounting, identifying trends and solving problems before they can even occur. Mark keeps a sharp eye on expenses, manages cash flow, governs payroll, directs human resources, and more – all amidst a period of rapid growth.
- David Chamberlin assumes the title of Vice President of Marketing. He sets the direction for marketing initiatives, and implements strategies to help grow the firm. David uses a wide variety of advanced analytics to create detailed marketing plans, and measure the results they achieve, all while managing a growing marketing department.
