"I (Cherlyn) am a designer, so had a very clear idea of everything from the color palette (nude, blush pink and gold) to personal touches including crossword guestbook and bridesmaids’ kits. Throughout the process, our wedding coordinator, Vajenthi, made sure everything was arranged to perfection. Special credit must also go to Chef Salah, in particular for the reception meal, which all the guests enjoyed very much.
"We returned twice to the Resort for food and wine-tastings and to meet with the team and florists before the wedding. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt supported every step of the way.
"On the wedding day itself, everything went exactly as we had imagined. The weather and setting were lovely. The gold sequin bridesmaid dresses glistened beautifully in the sunlight and set the scene for a truly unique occasion. In the evening we had a delicious Italian dinner on Lower Serai. It was the perfect combination of relaxed and memorable; we wouldn’t have changed a thing."
