Neha, a founding employee who has been with FourthSquare since Day 1, will lead the company's delivery organization worldwide.
As Chief Delivery Officer, Neha will set the strategy and standards for how FourthSquare delivers for clients. She will build a single delivery model for quality, governance and predictability across the company's U.S. and India teams, and scale the India Global Delivery Center to meet growing demand across Oracle Cloud, managed services, data and AI. She will also make automation and AI foundational to how FourthSquare delivers, turning them into a lasting advantage for clients across the full lifecycle of their Oracle investments, tie every engagement to measurable business outcomes, and develop the next generation of delivery leaders who will carry FourthSquare's growth.
Neha has helped shape FourthSquare from the ground up. She has led large-scale Oracle implementations and rollouts, scaled the company's application management services, and built the delivery practice that serves clients across Oracle ERP technologies and Salesforce platforms.
