Owned by Gil Smith, FPC of Bainbridge will specialize in Corporate Operations positions within the Government Contracting industry.
Gil is a U.S Navy Veteran with extensive experience working with Government agencies and Government contracting companies (B2G). Gil will be overseeing projects that include executive search, custom talent acquisition projects, talent pipeline assessment and management, hiring process evaluation, process mapping and succession planning.
Gil graduated from Albany State University studying Social Sciences and Human Resource Management. He then received his MSB in Finance and Healthcare Administration and his MBA in International/Global Studies from Husson University. Gil has held several Government positions; he was the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at The White House, the Deputy Assistant Secretary at the United States Department of Agriculture, and Associate Director at the Peace Corps. He also held senior-level executive positions at prominent companies such as YRCI, Unissant and American Management Systems (NASDAQ:AMSY) now CGI.
