It is a larger, more versatile Type II ambulance designed for Advanced Life Support/Critical Care and bariatric response. Built on a RAM Promaster 3500 extended chassis with numerous "Best in Class" features. The cabinetry is all brushed aluminum installed over a welded tubular aluminum substructure making it considerably lighter. This allows for a 3450 lb. payload with the benefit of increased fuel efficiency.
The ambulance has front wheel drive, a bonus in poor road conditions, making it more versatile, a high interior compartment (a full 76") provide an EMS team with more space to work. A lower rear entry of only 21" inches off the ground makes it easier and safer to load patients of any size while reducing the possibility of back injuries.
