High End Window Treatment Company Expands Franchise Opportunities
Birmingham, Alabama (PRWEB) July 29, 2013 -- On Sunday, July 14 through Tuesday, July 16, The Curtain Exchange held a franchise-wide conference, led by the Franchise Foundry, LLC, which recently acquired the national high end window treatment company. The conference was held to give The Curtain Exchange store owners a chance to become better acquainted with the new franchisor and to create an open forum that enabled all parties to discuss the growth of the The Curtain Exchange franchise, new objectives and plans to improve the everyday operations of the individual stores.
“We are at a pivotal point with The Curtain Exchange, and in order to position ourselves for tomorrow’s customers, we realize that we need to make changes,” says Paul Segreto, The Curtain Exchange and Franchise Foundry CEO and president.
In order to do this, Segreto has outlined an ambitious three-year plan: “Our objective for the next three years is to have 40 new brick and mortar locations and over 200 in-home franchises throughout the central and southeastern United States.”
With this objective, Segreto says that he will expand opportunities to include a new franchise concept to The Curtain Exchange, TCE at Home, which will provide individuals with the opportunity to operate franchises in secondary markets. Segreto’s goal is to make franchise opportunities available to more entrepreneurs and industry professionals and the luxury window treatment service available to more customers.
In terms of more immediate growth, The Curtain Exchange has announced plans for a new and expanded product line as well as technology updates for each new store and the franchise as a whole. “The new The Curtain Exchange will have state-of-the-art point of sale systems, better opportunities for customer feedback and a greater online presence, with the help of our digital media company, Hughes Media.” Additionally, Segreto says that Franchise Foundry will also make financial analyses more available for franchisees, which will help them manage their businesses more effectively and efficiently.
Overall, Segreto says the objective is to substantially grow the franchise, while creating more opportunities for customers, current franchisees and future franchisees. “The new The Curtain Exchange will be an improved brand overall. We are particularly thrilled to launch our in-home franchise, TCE at Home.”
