MIDDLETOWN, Ky., Sept. 26, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Frank Burns, MD, the medical director of Middletown Eye Center was one of the first surgeons in Kentucky to implant the Alcon Acrysof IQ PanOptix Trifocal IOL for cataract patients that allows for a new level of correction of immediate, near and distance vision.
