Franklin Johnston Group Selected to Manage Marina Shores Apartments in Virginia Beach

virginia beach, va (PRWEB) January 20, 2015 -- The Franklin Johnston Group, the Virginia Beach based apartment developer and manager, has announced an agreement to manage the Marina Shores Apartments complex in Virginia Beach. The management contract is effective January 5, 2015.The property was formerly managed by Mckinley, Inc., an Ann Arbor, Michigan management company.

Marina Shores Apartments, located on Great Neck Road, were built in 1991 and offer 392 one, two and three bedroom rental residences. Rents range from $1,060 to $1,615. Marina Shores offers a full complement of amenities including swimming pool and sun deck, tennis courts, playground, fitness center, clubhouse and business center. The property is within a short walk to the beach and its proximity to 3 major military bases makes it an attractive address for the region’s large military population. A full service marina and restaurant are also adjacent to the property.
