Frazier & Deeter Names Sean Lager Leader of National Technology Practice
Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) November 06, 2014 -- Effective November 1, 2014, Sean Lager has been appointed the Practice Leader of the Technology Practice of Frazier & Deeter, one of the largest CPA & advisory firms in the country.
As the Technology Practice Leader, Lager will lead the firm’s technology practice across its offices in metro Atlanta, Nashville and Tampa. Frazier & Deeter provides technology clients across the country with services that include audit, tax planning, employee benefit plan consulting, process improvement, risk management, SOC reporting, data privacy and internal controls consulting, as well as other advisory services.

Lager joined Frazier & Deeter in 2002 and has over 15 years of public accounting experience providing assurance and advisory services to large and middle market technology companies.
In addition to assurance services, Lager provides a variety of consultative services on complex U.S. GAAP and IFRS accounting issues, such as accounting for leases and business combinations.
Lager serves on the American Institute of CPA (AICPA)’s committee regarding IFRS, as well as serving as a member of the AICPA Technical Issues Committee, which consists of CPA practitioner volunteers working to represent the views of local firms and their clients in the accounting standards-setting process.
Lager will remain one of the leaders of the firm’s real estate practice.
