FREDERICK, Md., Jan. 30, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Frederick County Office of Economic Development (FCOED) is pleased to announce the addition of Patrick Hedlund as its new Marketing and Communications Team Manager. Patrick brings 16 years of experience in marketing, advertising and data analytics to the role. He will lead the Business and Intelligence Team, overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote the merits of Frederick County as a premier business location.

Patrick is an accomplished marketer whose career includes a tenure at The Richards Group, a Dallas-based ad agency known for its iconic campaigns for Chick-fil-A, The Home Depot, Dr Pepper, and Ram Trucks.
After moving to Frederick in 2019, Patrick established Hedlund Media, where he built a performance marketing consultancy serving a diverse range of clients.
Hedlund holds an MBA in Marketing and a BBA in Economics from the University of North Texas.
