Grand Haven flooring company adds service-address capture and opt-in text message updates to its online quote forms at freedomflooringmi.com, so homeowners can request an in-home visit from the mobile showroom in one step
GRAND HAVEN, Mich., Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Freedom Flooring & Design, the Grand Haven-based flooring company that brings the showroom to the customer's door, has launched an updated online estimate request experience on its website, freedomflooringmi.com. The new forms, live as of October 2, 2026, collect the project's street address, city and ZIP code at the time of the request and give homeowners the option to receive appointment and project updates by text message.
The update is designed around how Freedom Flooring already works. Rather than asking customers to visit a store and guess how a two-inch sample will look across a whole room, the company sends a sales manager to the home with curated samples so materials can be seen in the customer's own light and against the customer's own walls. Capturing the service address up front lets the team confirm the home is within its West and Southwest Michigan service area and plan the visit before the first phone call.
Text message updates are strictly opt-in. The consent box is unchecked by default, consent is not a condition of purchase, and customers can reply STOP at any time. The company's privacy policy has been updated with a dedicated SMS and text messaging program section describing the program.
"We built our business on removing the runaround from flooring projects. Asking for the address and offering text updates on the first form means fewer back-and-forth calls and a faster path to getting Nolan in your living room with samples," said Troy Hacker, Owner and General Manager of Freedom Flooring & Design.
Homeowners can request a free in-home estimate at freedomflooringmi.com, book a consultation directly at freedomflooringmi.com/book, or call 269-390-6747. The company installs luxury vinyl plank, carpet, waterproof flooring, laminate, hardwood and tile, offers design services and floor-and-wall remodels, and serves Grand Haven, Grand Rapids, Holland, Muskegon, Spring Lake, Norton Shores, Zeeland, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph and surrounding communities.
