Fresh New Poke Bowl Concept, AhiPoki Bowl Opens in Temple City California
TEMPLE CITY, CA (PRWEB) December 17, 2015 -- AhiPoki Bowl opened its doors for business in the Temple City, CA community. The restaurant is located at 5813 Rosemead Blvd., Temple City, CA 91780, and is offering its guests fresh poke creations using the best ingredients and housemade sauces.
Poke is traditional Hawaiian/East Asian cuisine prepared with raw marinated ahi tuna. AhiPoki Bowl is taking this a step further by offering a variety of fish selections to choose from creating your own unique bowl ready in just minutes. Guests will be able to choose the type of protein, sauce, fresh vegetables and other toppings to complete their fresh bowl selection. Choices in protein include traditional tuna, albacore, shrimp, salmon and even octopus. Guests can upgrade their meal to yellowtail tuna at a nominal charge.
“We pride ourselves in choosing the freshest and highest quality ingredients we can find, “says General Manager, Hengky Huang. “All of our fresh fish is cleaned, cut and prepared to meet the highest quality of seafood possibly, prepared to order to guarantee our guests the freshest and tastiest meal possible.”
This is the first AhiPoki Bowl in the California area, with a second location planned for the Oakland and Los Angeles areas in early 2016.
About Ahi Mahi
Both Ahi Mahi Fish Grill and AhiPoki Bowl concepts were born out of the desire of five restauranteurs wanting to bring a much needed health-conscious California seafood restaurant with a South East Asian flair to its customers. Health conscious fish lovers can sit down and relax in a laid back atmosphere all while enjoying the fusion of East Asian and Hawaiian flavors and the fresh fish experience normally found outside of a quick serve restaurant.
