With its product build complete, clinical testing finished, and a contract manufacturer engaged, Freyya has closed an oversubscribed pre-seed financing round led by Alamo Angels to fund its FDA submission and path to commercialization.
SAN ANTONIO and SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Freyya Inc., a pioneer in women's pelvic health technology, today announced the oversubscribed close of its pre-seed financing. The financing provides the capital to advance Freyya's technology through its next regulatory milestones and continue building the foundation for commercialization.
Freyya has completed its product build and clinical testing, including its ERICA clinical study conducted at the University of Utah, and has engaged a contract manufacturer to prepare for commercial-scale production. The company is now preparing its submission to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and positioning for commercial release following FDA clearance.
