The Roli Roti Butcher's Salad Chicken is crafted under the sous vide cooking method. This method of cooking allows for a vacuum-sealed uncooked ingredient, in this case all-white meat chicken breast, to be slowly cooked in a temperature-controller water bath. Through the "sous vide" cooking process, the meat is cooked in its own juices over several hours. The unique process results in white meat that is perfectly cooked edge to edge and succulent and juicy.
