“We are seeing parallel growth and increase in sales with our boutique and independent hotel clients,” said Mark Zisek, Director of Commercial Operations, Front Desk Supply. “We’re offering $50 off hotel supply orders of $500 or more.”

Front Desk Supply, a leading hospitality supplier based in San Diego, CA, announced that it has experienced an 18% increase in hotel supply sales from front desk staff sourcing their hotel supply inventory, marking two consecutive quarters of increased revenue.

Front Desk Supply attributes their continued increase in revenue for the second consecutive quarter to the strong comeback from boutique hotels, which have surpassed 2019 peak levels. In fact, boutique hotels are leading the U.S. hotel industry post-recovery average room rate and revenues in 2022.

“We are seeing parallel growth and increase in sales with our boutique and independent hotel clients,” said Mark Zisek, Director of Commercial Operations, Front Desk Supply. “We’re pleased to see such a strong comeback for our clients and appreciate their business and referrals.”

According to the October 2022 CoStar Report, boutique hotel supply surpassed 2019 at an increase of 19% through Q2 2022, which is nearly six times higher than the supply growth for the entire U.S. hotel industry during the same period. Boutique and Independent hotels make up the majority of Front Desk Supply’s hospitality business.

“We are extremely committed to our hospitality partners, and our number one priority is to make sure they’re able to keep up with demand for essential hotel supplies,” Zisek said. “We’re offering $50 off hotel supply orders of $500 or more because every little bit helps during these inflationary times, especially during the holidays.”
