Tempe-based homebuilder wins the award in the first year it was given out by the Environmental Protection Agency

Fulton Homes has been awarded the first ever Indoor airPLUS Leader of the Year Award for our outstanding work in constructing and promoting homes with improved indoor air quality through our active participation of the Indoor airPLUS Program. Fulton Homes was chosen based on their achievements with Indoor airPLUS in the previous year, showcased by the quality of their Leader Award application.

This year Fulton Homes gave a presentation at the annual EEBA Summit in San Diego with 350 people in attendance, prepared by Fulton Homes V.P. of Operations Dennis Webb, who has spearheaded the indoor air quality program with Fulton. “We are excited to have received the first ever Indoor airPLUS Leader of the Year Award,” Dennis Webb said. “We are honored to be recognized by the EPA for our ongoing commitment to providing comprehensive indoor air quality protections in all of our homes.”

The Leader of the Year award recipient builder partner goes beyond constructing homes with comprehensive indoor air quality protection and takes on the role of proactively educating homeowners and the public about the importance of indoor air quality. “We are excited to present this new Indoor airPLUS Leader of the Year Award to just one builder and one rater who have been outstanding partners this past year,” said David Rowson, Director of EPA’s Indoor Environments Division. “Through their deep industry knowledge and grasp of client needs, they have recognized the importance in not only delivering healthier homes, but also educating the public on the importance of indoor air quality.”
