Adobe and FMC team up to engage with the community and help build essential skills for emerging and hybrid workflows.
NEW YORK, Oct. 14, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Adobe Video World (AVW) brings working professionals and the Adobe team together to keep attendees at the top of their game as Premiere Pro and After Effects platforms evolve into today's hybrid workflows. This two-day, in-person event will take place at three locations:
- Los Angeles, CA, December 1-2, 2022
- Atlanta, GA, December 5-6, 2022
- New York, NY, December 8-9, 2022
The Adobe Community event kicks off on the first day and enables you to meet the team behind the software — product managers, marketers, and engineers — who value your input. They want to know what you think about the future of Adobe video solutions and how Adobe can improve your post-production workflow. You'll get the opportunity to provide your perspectives directly to the leaders making decisions on Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. You will hear about recent updates and be part of discussions that will cover everything from motion graphics, editorial, and more! Attendees can expect to participate in small breakout groups with Adobe team members, learn about various hybrid workflows, and join an expo event in the evening for networking.
"We are excited to engage with our community at Adobe Video World," said, Paul Saccone, Sr. Director of Product Marketing. "We are looking forward to meeting with our customers to find out what's working and what's not to better understand what's important from a workflow and feature standpoint. Our goal is to make our software even better and we do that by listening to our customers."
The focus of the second day of the conference is education and training. Sessions will cover a range of topics for beginner to intermediate editors and include features in the Adobe products that may have been newly added and/or require a deeper understanding of when/how to use them. For example, intermediate users using After Effects may like to know how to create and optimize Motion Graphics templates for Premiere Pro to streamline repetitive tasks such as various name changes in a lower third. Beginners will appreciate deep insight on how to take advantage of the flexibility of the tools to create content for delivery on a variety of social platforms. All sessions are taught by renowned Adobe Certified Instructors, experts, and working professionals.
"During the last few years After Effects and Premiere Pro became more than creative software," says Eran Stern, Adobe Video World program manager. "They are a platform. New features are being added each quarter and it's getting ahead of knowing how to take advantage of them is key In this unique conference, we will help you to fill in the gaps in the least amount of time. This is your opportunity to absorb vast amounts of knowledge from the Adobe team and top experts."
As an added value for conference attendees, registration includes 1 complimentary Adobe Certified Professional certification exam voucher. The Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) certification is an industry-recognized credential that effectively validates one's expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud video tools. All attendees will have a choice of getting certified in either After Effects or Premiere Pro. Registration also includes 1 prep course recording to fully prepare attendees prior to taking the exam.
Adobe Video World is designed to provide a collaborative learning experience in each city it's traveling to. Two event ticket options are available:
- General Admission Pass: Grants access to the 2-day event and expo night for only $99.
- VIP Pass: Grants access to the 2-day event along with complimentary certification exam vouchers, additional video-on-demand educational materials, and entry to raffle prize drawings including the Dell Precision Workstation giveaway.
