COLLEGE STATION, Texas, Dec. 3, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- G-CON Manufacturing, Inc. (G-CON), the leader in prefabricated flexible cleanroom solutions, announced today it has closed on the acquisition of 6.8 acres of land contiguous to its existing campus in College Station, TX.
The almost seven acre purchase is G-CON's eighth expansion project since 2016. This expansion will provide additional production space and a multi-story office building, adding to the current 250,000 square feet of facilities currently in place. The purchase will collectively bring G-CON's campus size to 22.47 acres, almost quadrupling the campus footprint in less than 5 years.
