New subsidiary will simplify customer cleanroom projects by comprehensive Owner's Representative services in GMP facility projects.

In cGMP construction projects, challenges often arise, whether from regulatory requirements, permitting, contractor and vendor selection, and/or validation. G-CON Building Services ("GCBS"), was formed to provide project oversight and coordination to clients from inception through performance qualification. GCBS' experienced GMP project management professionals function as GMP Facility Project Specialists and/or POD Integration Specialists, ensuring that industry regulatory requirements are contemplated in the project plan. Moreover, GCBS fills the knowledge and experience gap between G-CON Manufacturing and the third-party site contractor, allowing the full value of PODs to be realized – speed to market and low total cost of ownership.
