ORLANDO, Fla., April 2, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Engel & Völkers Florida today announced Gabriela Aparicio has joined Engel & Völkers Orlando, the newest of several franchised-brokerages in Central Florida, as a real estate advisor.
"With Engel & Völkers I saw the opportunity to become part of a global brand with a network that lives and breathes exceptional client service," said Aparicio. "Being part of such a collaborative team on a local and international level, in addition to its fresh approach to marketing, helps me enhance my offerings to best support my clients."
Aparicio comes to Engel & Völkers from the Golden Blaque Team at eXp Realty, where she consistently ranked among top performers in the company. Her real estate experience spans five years, in which time she has conducted over 100 transactions worldwide, totaling more than $45,000,000. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Aparicio regularly serves international clientele. She is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and specializes in relocation and vacation homes. Previously, she was the top sales broker for Christopher Harbour, a luxury Caribbean beachfront property in the southeast peninsula of St. Kitts, and served as the Consulate General of Guatemala in Miami for four years. Currently, she is the president of "Boss Babes in Real Estate," a professional networking group for women in real estate. Aparicio sits on the Board of Directors for Florida Realtors representing Orlando Regional Realtors Association, and is also part of the Florida Realtors Global Business Committee.
"Gabriela has a proven track record for her market expertise and will further strengthen our growing shop's team," said Ahmed Elbatrawy, License Partner of Engel & Völkers Orlando.
Engel & Völkers has maintained a presence in Central Florida since 2011. Since then, the company has expanded with locations in Clermont, Orlando Downtown, Windermere, Winter Park, and most recently, Orlando. The franchise rights to Engel & Völkers Orlando, the fifth location in the region and 36th in the state, were acquired by Elbatrawy earlier this year. Prior to starting his own brokerage with Engel & Völkers, Elbatrawy was a top producer with Coldwell Banker, where he led the Orlando Future Team. Elbatrawy and his Managing Broker, Eric Bolves are actively recruiting talented local professionals to join their team of advisors. The shop will be located at 2049 W Central Blvd. A grand opening is slated for later this year.
"This situation mirrors a trend we have been experiencing across the state of Florida over the past 12 months," said Peter Giese, Chief Growth Officer at Engel & Völkers Florida. "A new Engel & Völkers franchise is secured by a local market expert, and before we open our highly-anticipated shop, top agents are coming on board. In a competitive market, agents are seeking to stand out from the pack; joining forces with Engel & Völkers gives them a unique value proposition to win premium listings and better service affluent clientele."
