A resident of Phoenix, Arizona, DeLine has worked in the construction and roofing industries for over a quarter of a century, starting as an Outside Sales Representative for ABC Supply Co. specializing in commercial roofing systems. His career continued upward as the Vice President and Managing Partner for Roofing Supply Group, where he led the company’s expansion with multiple locations into the Southern California market. A proud Spartan, DeLine holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University.
Recently, DeLine was a founding partner and Senior Vice President of Elite Roofing Supply where he developed and implemented a strategic plan to lead the company from inception to expansion into multiple locations. His experience and success in start-up and expansion of independent wholesale roofing distributors has helped him to develop professionally into one of the most highly-regarded roofing experts in the Southwest. Deline’s longstanding career in the roofing industry along with his unique experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, business development and business operations is a welcome addition to the team at Highland Commercial Roofing.
