Santiago, Chile (PRWEB) November 04, 2013 -- Galt’s Gulch Chile (GGC) has acquired 6,874 additional acres of pristine development and organic farm land. GGC's new land is situated within the Chilean coastal mountain range 10 miles north of Curacavi, Chile. The self-sustaining community now holds title to more than 11,000 acres of lands in the central Chile Mediterranean microclimate with registered water rights to underground and surface water sources totaling approximately 18,000,000 gallons per day of water access. This recent land acquisition includes a 250-acre organic working farm, over 50 registered water wells and over a dozen residential and community buildings.
GGC was founded as a fully self-sustaining community to give objectivists, libertarians and other proponents of individual liberty the opportunity to live according to their principles of free markets and voluntary association. The GGC Clubhouse and Community Center allow residents to offer other services to their neighbors and to the public. Professionals in health and wellness, child and adult education, fine arts, engineering and many other fields are welcome to do business at the center.
GGC places strong emphasis on environmentalism with two leading Chilean environmentalists on the GGC team to conserve and protect GGC lands and waters for future generations.
The community is currently holding a Spring Celebration this week October 30 – November 4. The event features entertainment by Galt’s Gulch resident artist Tatiana Moroz, as well as discussions and panels with Ben Swann, Luke Rudkowski, Josh Tolley, Angela Keaton, Bob Murphy, Jordan Page and Jeff Berwick.
The event is both a celebration of the launch of the community and an “open house” for future residents and others interested in the project to tour the community, experience Chilean cuisine and culture and ask questions of the GGC team.
Designed and developed as a residential organic farming community, residents have access to an abundant supply of clean waters, clean and renewable energy, and a plethora of organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, spices and herbs born from the fertile soils. GGC is situated approximately 45 minutes from Santiago and less than an hour from the lively beach communities of Valparaiso and Vina del Mar.
Please refer to the GGC website for further details on the project, as well as to register for on-going updates on investment opportunities and living in the community.
