Gardant Management Solutions Employee Alexandra Shuell Honored with 40 Under 40 Recognition
Alexandra Shuell was among this year's class of 40 Under 40 recognized by the Kankakee County Chamber of Commerce. This program identifies young, local professionals who advance their profession and give back to the community.
BOURBONNAIS, Ill., Oct. 9, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Kankakee County Chamber of Commerce recently announced this year's class of 40 Under 40 recipients. Among them was Gardant Management Solutions employee, Alexandra Shuell.
Alexandra is committed to learning and is known to seek out professional and personal growth opportunities. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master's in Business Administration. She also holds the following certifications: Strengths Strategy Specialist (People Acuity), People Acuity Guide (People Acuity), Certified Marketing Professional (Wirthwein) and Crisis Intervention Training (ICASA).
Alexandra is a magnetic, enthusiastic leader who goes above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of those she serves. She is talented in identifying strengths in others and leveraging those to drive the mission and vision of our company. She has grown professionally through career promotions within the senior living industry, having started as a Community Administrator at Heritage Woods of Dwight. She was promoted to Regional Director of Marketing and Sales and most recently to her current position of Regional Director of Operations.
