The new SuiteApp makes full use of Gatekeeper’s powerful workflow engine and Vendor Portal features to enable a seamless, self-service experience for new vendors and provides insight into their contract portfolio and spend. Vendors follow mandated, automated processes to capture all the required information, such as certifications and supporting documentation, in Gatekeeper. This information is then synced instantly with NetSuite, saving time and effort, as well as guaranteeing data integrity. In addition, contract data and graphical reports can be viewed natively in NetSuite with Vendor bills and synced to Gatekeeper to analyse overall vendor and contract spend.
