Generations Healthcare Again Certified as a Great Place to Work
SANTA ANA, Calif. (PRWEB) July 26, 2019 -- For the second consecutive year, Great Place to Work® has certified Generations Healthcare as a great workplace. Independent analysts reviewed anonymous employee surveys, which asked employees to rate the company in categories that represent a “Trust Index”: credibility, fairness, consistency, camaraderie and pride.
“This second consecutive certification as a Great Place to Work validates the strength of our company mission, ‘Caring for a Lifetime,’” said Merry Rogers, director of human resources at Generations Healthcare. “Our staff strongly embraces that mission and sees it vibrant and alive in our company culture. They have a deep sense of satisfaction working for us because they love their residents and feel enabled to make a difference in the residents’ lives.”
Close to 3,000 employees provided their feedback, rating the company most highly on the following five questions:
“My work has special meaning. It is more than just a job.”
“When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome.”
“This is a physically safe place to work.”
“When I look at what we accomplish, I feel a sense of pride.”
“I feel I make a difference here.”
“While we have a very high level of employee engagement and commitment, we know there are areas to tackle to make Generations even better,” Rogers said. “We are so grateful for our employees’ continued feedback, both as a way to improve and measure our progress. Great teams are built through continuous collaboration!”
Generations’ certification as a Great Place to Work will last for one year. To see a summary of the ratings, visit http://reviews.greatplacetowork.com/life-generations-healthcare.
