Revenue Rocket Consulting Group is proud to announce its debut in Inc. magazine annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. By enabling companies to navigate the treacherous waters of deal-making while providing strategic go-to-market consulting services, Revenue Rocket has grown with a long roster of successful companies and deals. By completing transactions, Revenue Rocket has made the 2020 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies.

Based in Minneapolis MN, Revenue Rocket provides merger & acquisition advisory and growth strategy consulting services to its clients in the IT Services market. With more than 20 years of experience, Revenue Rocket has helped hundreds of firms grow through acquisition, divesting businesses, or improving growth through a rigorous strategic consulting process.

"The IT Services market is vibrant, growing, and resilient, but also faces unique challenges. Technically minded business owners may not fully appreciate or have the day-to-day experience to run an acquisition, divestiture, or growth strategy project. They don't have traditional asset-heavy balance sheets, so consistent profit and growth becomes paramount in a deal," said Mike Harvath, CEO and Founder of Revenue Rocket. "We put together acquisitions where there is a strategic, cultural, and financial fit that allows businesses to thrive and grow together. And if a company is not ready for a deal, we guide them to top quartile revenue and profit performance in their market through our proprietary (SVP) Process.”

"We are honored to be named among the fastest-growing private companies in America," said Harvath. "We only win when our clients win and making the list shows this is the time for M&A in IT services.”

Revenue Rocket is the top provider of M&A advisory services for IT Services companies included in the Inc. 5000.

More About Inc. and the Inc. 5000

Methodology
The 2020 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2016 and 2019. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2016. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2019. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2016 is $100,000; the minimum for 2019 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Companies on the Inc. 500 are featured in Inc.’s September issue.
