GID Achieves 1st Place as Regional Sector Leader In 2020 GRESB Benchmark
Recognition for Demonstrating Outstanding Leadership in Sustainability and ESG
BOSTON, Feb. 19, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- GID has achieved the prestigious recognition of the Residential Americas Regional Sector Leader and Non-listed Sector Leader by achieving 1st place in the U.S. Residential, Multi-Family Core Non-Listed category of the 2020 GRESB Real Estate Benchmark.
The GRESB Sector Leader Awards Program recognizes real estate and infrastructure companies, funds and assets that have demonstrated outstanding leadership in sustainability and ESG. GRESB data is used by hundreds of capital providers and thousands of asset managers to benchmark investments across portfolios and understand the opportunities, risks and choices that need to be made as the industry transitions to a more sustainable future. "GID is committed to making progress with its ESG platform and by achieving this prestigious #1 ranking with GRESB we are confident that our efforts are moving us in the right direction," said GID President and CEO Greg Bates.
