Gideon Gratsiani and CRE PRO have hit a record purchasing of over 15 REOs from U.S. Bank, which U.S. Bank acquired from the foreclosure process or properties on a deed in lieu of foreclosure. Some of the properties in the recent 3 years acquired by Gideon Gratsiani include, but are not limited to Chagrin Lee Square in Ohio, Stone Quarry Commons in Pennsylvania, Arlington Shops in Tennessee, UNFI, in Missouri, Marsh Plaza in Indiana, Belle Park Plaza in Missouri, and Knoxwood Hill Apartments in Tennessee. Gideon Gratsiani and these acquisitions have been recognized by reputable sources such as BizJournals and The GM Fund.
Gideon Gratsiani (born in 1973) is a foreclosure expert, commercial real estate specialist, and founder of CRE PRO. Gratsiani began pursuing information and knowledge about commercial and residential real estate after one of his friends introduced him to the industry. He spent his time serving in the Israeli Military before arriving to Florida. After arriving to the United States, he began researching real estate laws and the industry. Gratsiani arrived to Florida and has spent 20 years as an investor for residential and commercial real estate properties, which soon developed into him being a consumer advocate for helping homeowners and commercial property owners avoid foreclosure actions and bankruptcy.
Initially Gideon Gratsiani mostly dealt with residential real estate in Florida for 15 years, which eventually led him to gravitate towards commercial real estate for the recent 8 years of his career. During his time researching and investing in commercial and residential real estate, Gratsiani became well versed in Florida’s laws and court process on foreclosure cases and real estate property issues. Gratsiani began to attend court hearings to delay the sales of numerous properties along foreclosure processes. Since then, Gratsiani has been at the forefront of fighting against unethical and legal battles against home and business foreclosures.
Gratsiani is well known for his case against the Landmark Case, Bartram vs. U.S. Bank, N.A.. Gratsiani’s involvement included having Attorney Kendall Coffey (acted on behalf as a petitioner) argue before the Florida Supreme Court and funding the entire litigation for all the petitioners to support the public from this new law (results in majority of homeowners losing homes in foreclosure). Although Gideon Gratsiani is not an attorney, he is a well known and a dignified investor with knowledge on the foreclosure process and legal procedures in Florida and throughout the United States.
Gideon Gratsiani has gone to become the founder of CRE PRO whose mission is to provide purchase high cap rate properties, asset management, in-house legal, and leasing up. Alongside CRE PRO, Gratsiani specializes in finding undervalued assets and producing low-risk investments with value adding components. These investments come with long term exit strategies and appealing annual returns.
