Originally acquired in August 2016, Lionspoint was a unique asset within Gildred Companies' broader Southern California portfolio, which is primarily focused on incubator, multi-tenant industrial properties. The disposition reflects the company's ongoing portfolio optimization strategy and its commitment to investing in high-performing industrial assets.
