SOUTH SHORE, Mass., Aug. 22, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Giving Real Opportunity to Women (GROW), a South Shore-based nonprofit organization, announces its first annual gala in October at 1620 Winery for a night of fundraising to support female-owned businesses and entrepreneurs with grants.
"In the United States, women only own 22.4% of small businesses or franchises¹.," said Jessica Celia, Director and Inspirational Liaison. "At GROW, we strive to grow that number of female entrepreneurs and businesses through our grants and support system."
On October 16, 2022, all residents are invited to attend GROW's first-ever gala at local winery, 1620 Winery in Cordage Park. The nonprofit organization is hoping to raise funds to award grants to three local women to achieve their business goals.
"We strongly believe in empowering and supporting women in their business goals and ambitions. With this gala, we're hoping to propel our local female community towards achieving their goals. This one night is a true testament to our mission and to celebrate the lives of so many women who will be impacted by our grants." said Jessica Celia.
