Nine designer-decorated model homes at Lotus Edge become available for purchase Aug. 29

The sale gives buyers a rare chance to purchase a fully furnished, move-in-ready home in Boca Raton.
Each model spans Lotus Edge's Fiji and Bali collections and includes the custom millwork, designer lighting, wall coverings and window treatments installed for the community's curated decorated showcase. Homes range from the Bermuda, a single-story design with 2,573 air-conditioned square feet priced at $2,399,900, to the Santorini, a five-bedroom estate with 5,453 air-conditioned square feet priced at $4,249,900.

On Aug. 29, buyers will have the opportunity to move forward with reserving one of the nine available homes.
The sale follows the recent opening of Lotus Edge's 39,000-square-foot Clubhouse, the centerpiece of the community's resort-style lifestyle. The Clubhouse features multiple resort-style pools, a dedicated lap pool and whirlpool spa, along with a splash zone and wading pool for younger residents.
