Global eBrand Donates Thousands of PPE amid COVID-19 to Local Organizations in the GTA
Local eCommerce company continues to be at the fore-front of FDA-approved face mask donations. They have provided PPE to hospitals, health centers, and public commissions to aid in the combat of the COVID-19 pandemic.
MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, June 12, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- In the battle to fight the global pandemic, Nirav Gandhi and his team at Global eBrand have collaborated in order to donate approximately 100,000 face masks to hospitals and business centers in the Greater Toronto Area.
Many hospitals have been rationing protective gear for the past few months as the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has worsened. Global eBrand sees this as their part to give back to the community in a time of crisis and dire need of help.

The face mask donations have been allocated to these hospitals, centres, and agencies in the wake of COVID-19: Etobicoke General, Brampton Civic, Sick Kids, Trillium Health Partners Foundation, Hart Fertility Centre, The Olive Branch of Hope Cancer Support Services, Unionville Home Society, Unity Health Toronto, and the Toronto Transit Commission.
Apart from personal protective equipment, Global eBrand has also donated over one thousand pieces of protective wear to local donation centers and shelters.
In their efforts, they made their first donation of 100 winter jackets on Tuesday, January 14th to Homes First in Toronto. Two weeks later, their second donation of 300 jackets, 300 hoodies, and 300 scarves were given to Sistering in Toronto. Milton's Habitat for Humanity received Global eBrand's third donation of 300 winter jackets on Friday, February 6th.
Future donations are currently in the works. They will continue to donate essential supplies to multiple centers in need throughout the year.
